WITH RESTORATIVE YOGA |
| Winter is a wonderful time
to let go into Restorative Yoga Poses. These simple yet profound poses
help relax muscles, calm the mind, and soften the heart. Restoratives
are done by laying passively over props such as bolsters and blankets.
You stay in the poses for between 5-15 minutes while you relax and
focus gently on your breath. They are particularly effective, because
when the body is fully supported, and with the help of gravity, you
are able to let go more completely, surrendering layers of deeply
stored tension. These resources will help you get started on a restorative

Flow through a perfectly orchestrated series of restorative poses,
breathing techniques, gentle asana, self-reflexology pressure points,
meditation and aromotherapy. You will leave relaxed and revitalized
as your spring energy begins to melt your consolidated winter energy.
Reflexologist Donna Rubinstein and four assisting yoga teachers will
provide gentle pressure point work throughout the retreat. Donna will
guide you through a self-reflexology routine to support the transition
into the season. In addition, you will receive tips on continuing
